Things to note before your media day:

Media Day Information

Media Day will require a dedicated time block and should either replace a scheduled practice or be held on a completely separate day.

Important Requirements:

• Every athlete must have a signed model release/waiver by a parent or legal guardian in order to be photographed.

Photo Session Details:

• Each athlete is guaranteed 2 or 3 unique poses in the final gallery. (These may include different angles or variations of the same pose.)
• At least one pose must clearly show the athlete's face for family keepsakes.
• Plan for approximately 2 hours of shooting time. (This does not include photographer setup or teardown and may vary.)

What to Expect:

• Media Day can include colored smoke, strip lights, and fun props—athletes are encouraged to bring items that express their personality.
• Athletes, coaches, and parents—come hyped and ready to have fun! Media Day is about celebrating creativity and capturing something memorable.

Safety & Photographer Discretion:

• While the experience is meant to be fun, the photographer retains the right to decline any poses for safety or other concerns.

Gallery Delivery:

• The final album takes 2-3 weeks to edit and will be delivered to the head coach or designated booking player to distribute to all teammates who partook in the session.

Travel Fee:

• Travel fee may be applied to media day sessions outside of Waterbury/Watertown.
